Morristown Station
All aboard! A transit-oriented-development years in the making.
One Lackawanna Place, now Morristown Station, came to be from Topology's Morristown Train Station Redevelopment Plan, which was originally adopted back in 2018. This “gateway” building from Bijou Properties and designed by MHS Architecture will include 89 units and 5,118 SF of retail just steps from the Morristown train station.
Not only did we write the original redevelopment plan, we worked with the redeveloper and town through the designation process, drafting an execution of the redevelopment agreement and pre-site plan submission procedures. Additionally, we reviewed the application submission, prepared planning memos for the Board, advised during the hearings, and worked directly with the redeveloper team to address comments from the Board and Board Professionals.
