Topology conducted an economic study to deliver a strategic blueprint to guide future planning efforts to revitalize the Route 35 Corridor in Ocean Township. The document provides a comprehensive and strategic series of next steps within a 1-, 5-, and 10-year time horizon.
The plan outlines thoughtful policy strategies grounded in responsible land use, along with targeted approaches to attract major retail, enhance the corridor’s appearance, and spark reinvestment aimed at restoring a sense of “gracious living” along Route 35.
