Anduriña joined Topology in February 2026 and has already become a valuable part of the team, bringing strong operational expertise and support to the firm. No stranger to juggling multiple responsibilities and wearing several hats, her role spans several departments at Topology, including office/vendor management, IT, finance, and executive support.  Anduriña brings diverse experience across the legal, publishing, nonprofit, and luxury goods industries. 

Born in Panama, Anduriña migrated to Brooklyn as a child and now proudly calls Newark her home. She earned her B.A. with Honors in Creative Writing with a Communications Minor at Adelphi University. Fluent in Spanglish, outside of work she enjoys traveling, writing sad songs, reading sad novels, and petting stray cats.
